The CONELRAD 100 of Atomic Films

TITLE: TEENAGE CAVEMAN

Roger Corman's Teenage Caveman - 1958

TEENAGE CAVEMAN

DIRECTOR: Roger Corman
YEAR: 1958

Future Man from U.N.C.L.E. Robert Vaughn plays "Boy" in this, the second of director Roger Corman's three post-apocalyptic films. Vaughn violates the law of his primitive tribe by exploring the land beyond the river (a poor man's Forbidden Zone). There he finds the secret of "The God that Gives Death with its Touch" which has something to do with an old man in a 1950's era radiation suit. Evidently Corman could not afford a model of the Statue of Liberty.
