THE LOST MISSILE

A missile launched by unidentified Eastern Europeans burns a ten-mile groove across the earth's surface. Robert Loggia plans to use an anti-missile missile to save the rest of the earth (particularly Ottawa where this film was made), but his plan is disrupted when its atomic warhead is stolen by juvenile delinquents.
